1. Scope of Consultancy Services

Aspire Study Abroad provides professional educational counseling, university application guidance, document review, and visa advisory services for prospective international students. By accessing our website or retaining our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Admissions & Visa Decisions Disclaimer

While Aspire Study Abroad exercises maximum diligence to prepare accurate and competitive applications:

• Admissions Authority: Formal admission offers (CAS, I-20, COE, PAL, Letter of Acceptance) are granted solely at the discretion of the respective overseas university or college.
• Visa Issuance Authority: Student visa issuance decisions reside exclusively with official sovereign diplomatic missions (e.g., UK Visas & Immigration, US Department of State, Australian Department of Home Affairs, IRCC Canada). Aspire Study Abroad does not guarantee visa approvals or embassy interview outcomes.

3. Student Responsibilities & Accuracy

Clients are strictly responsible for providing truthful, authentic, and complete academic transcripts, language proficiency test scores, and financial documentation. Providing fraudulent or falsified documentation to our consultancy or sovereign embassy authorities will result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential reporting to official authorities.

4. Fees, Financial Proofs & Refunds

Tuition fees, embassy visa filing fees, health surcharges (IHS/SEVIS), and blocked account funds must be paid directly to official university bank accounts, embassy payment gateways, or certified escrow providers (e.g., Fintiba/Expatrio/Coracle). Service fees charged by Aspire Study Abroad for consultancy agreements are detailed in individual client advisory contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding elements, graphics, site designs, and educational destination guidebooks appearing on aspirestudyabroad.pk are the exclusive property of Aspire Study Abroad and protected by trademark and copyright laws.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform or services following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
